Cannassure Therapeutics Signs a Distribution Agreement for the Sale of Medical Cannabis in Germany

July 25, 2019-Cannassure Therapeutics announces the signing of a distribution agreement for the sale of medical cannabis in Germany. Cannassure will supply medical grade cannabis flowers and extracts to a soon to be announced German distributor, a member of the Pharmaceutical Industry Association. The distributor is expected to obtain approval for the import and distribution of medical cannabis products for medical treatment in Germany in the coming weeks.

Cannassure has agreed to supply the distributor with medical cannabis products at a minimum volume of 3 tons per year, at market price at the time of purchase order. Cannassure is not limited to sole distribution with this company. The agreement is subject, to meeting all necessary requirements in accordance with the standards for medical cannabis products in Germany, obtaining final approvals from the IMCA, and a permit for the export of medical cannabis from the State of Israel.
