Cannassure Signs Purchase Agreement for 12,000 Medical Cannabis Seedlings

August 1,2019-Cannassure signs an agreement with ARCKMC Ltd. (RCK) for the purchase of 12,000 medical cannabis seedlings over a period of 24 months. These seedlings are grown under highly sterile, hydroponic conditions. RCK’s breeding methods are compatible with Cannassure’s growing facility, which is an Indoor-Aeroponic Grow Facility.

Cannassure’s Indoor Grow Facility operates under fully controlled conditions including temperature, humidity, lighting and air management. The plants are grown in a stable environment ideal for their plant metabolite production, such as CBD, THC and derivatives. Growth cycles are shorter and can be repeated in sequence. The treatment of pests and diseases are more efficient without requiring pesticides and endangering the consumer. This operation allows for safer, premium consistent quality, and reliable medical grade cannabis.

The supply of the seedlings will start upon Cannassure’s receipt of a grow license from the Israel Medical Cannabis Agency (IMCA) and will continue over a 24 month period. The seedlings to be supplied will meet all of Cannassure’s quality requirements, backed by laboratory test submissions to the company at time of delivery, as well as all the relevant regulatory requirements, including GAP-IMC for breeding. In parallel, Cannassure will be establishing their own breeding facility to grow their own seedlings from seed.
