Cannassure Begins Commercial Cultivation within the Company’s Indoor Growing Facility

Cannassure is pleased to announce the commencement of cultivation of cannabis, for medical use, in the company’s Indoor Growing Facility.  Cannassure launched the growing of 180 plants for validation, after having received approvals from the Israel Medical Cannabis Agency (IMCA).

The cultivation activity is carried out in the company’s Indoor Aeroponic Growing Facility. Using aeroponic technology, plants are irrigated with water and nutrients that are directly applied to the root system, grown without a substrate.  The plants grow under optimal conditions with controlled temperature, humidity, lighting, water and nutrients and with an effective infiltration prevention system to pests and contamination.  This method promotes uniform growth of plants enabling Cannssure to achieve the best quality and consistency of cannabis flowers to meet the high standards required in both Europe and Israel.

Commercially grown cannabis flowers will be transferred to Cannassure’s manufacturing facility to be processed into medical cannabis products, as part of establishing vertical integration in the cannabis sector, following the completion of the validation process and the IMC-GAP regulatory standard approval.
